This workshop using a hands-on approach, it helps the participants identify and implement scrum, a popular agile technique to successfully manage their projects.

Workshop Description:

This workshop will include lectures, exercises, and discussions. The emphasis is on participant discussions and exercises. Participants will be provided with a Participant Handbook.

This workshop establishes the groundwork for those interested in pursuing scrum within their existing organizational constraints.

This workshop prepares you partially for the PMI-ACP exam. Participants will receive a certificate for 8 Project Management Contact Hours / 8 contact hours of training on agile PM practices / 8 PDU's at the successful completion of the workshop. These hours can be used towards the PMI-ACP education requirement of 21 agile PM training. Please see below for PDU details.
