Course Description

This hands-on workshop is based on the best practices highlighted in the Project Management Institute (PMI)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). The emphasis is on participant discussions and exercises. Participants will be provided with a workshop handbook.


This course is targeted toward all those who are associated with the management and implementation of projects including managerial, technical, administrative, and financial staff.
