Course Profile:

Project managers are challenged when their projects require non traditional approaches to manage the constantly changing scope, limited resources, and evolving technology. This course advances the core concepts of project management as outlined in the Project Management Institute (PMI)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) to address these situations. Using a hands-on approach, it helps the participants identify and implement various agile methods to successfully manage their projects.
