Anita Dhir, PMP® is a system thinker who emphasizes the importance of gaining knowledge and building relationships to achieve success. She has over 19 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies managing strategic quality and project management initiatives. Anita is a Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). She has successfully planned and implemented project office, training, outsourcing, and process improvement strategies for organizations to achieve SEI’s CMM, Levels 2 and 3.

Anita is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University for the Project Management Certification program. She has served on the Board of Directors of both the NYC and Westchester PMI chapters. She was instrumental in the creation and growth of the widely regarded PMINYC’s Career Development Network program in 2001.

As Medhira’s lead consultant and learning solutions provider, Anita focuses on providing project management and operational best practices solutions for her clients based in USA, Europe, India, and Mauritius. Anita has conducted over 500 plus workshops across the globe and shared her expertise with over 4000 students.

Walter Vieira, Senior Advisor

Walter Vieira is a Senior Management Consultant who started the first marketing consulting company in South Asia in 1975. He is both a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).

Since 1989, he has been a visiting Professor at Kellogg Business School. He has taught at Cornell, Rady, Lake Forest, Goizuetta (Emory), NYU and Drexel. From 1997 – 1999, he was the Chairman of International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), the world apex body of management consultants. In 2005, Institute of Management Consultants of India awarded him the Life Time Achievement Award.

He has authored 11 books – 3 with Prof Northcote Parkinson (of Parkinson Law fame) – some of which have been translated into Chinese, Indonesian and Malaysian. These books include Manager to CEO (2006) and The Winning Manager (2005). As a business journalist, he has written over 700 articles for the longest running management column for Business World (19 years).

Gloria Glickman, Associate

Gloria Glickman has approximately 30 years experience in the corporate environment, where she has specialized in Information Technology/Project Management. She has worked in America, Europe, and Asia with companies such as AT&T, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and Prudential Financial. She has a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, a Masters Degree in Mathematics Education, and an M.B.A in Data Processing Management. She has taught Mathematics and Computer Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Passaic Community College, and Rockland Community College.

Gail Frydkowski, Associate

Gail has over 10 years of experience in the aviation and software industries with additional expertise in both medical and anthropological studies. Her proficiency lies in stakeholder analysis, managing user documentation, training, and knowledge transfer. She has assisted in the successful implementation and integration of Boeing software packages for clients such as British Airways, Air France and other major airlines. She is a PMI certified Project Manager Professional (PMP®). Gail received her education from CUNY and NYU.

Aruna Inalsingh is a marketing professional with 20 years of experience, an engineering degree from Cornell University, and an MBA from Duke University. Aruna lends her expertise to small and large businesses that are interested in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing their marketing initiatives. Her projects cover a large spectrum from Strategy definition, to Program development to Marketing communications to Vendor selection to Media events.
